MISSION STATEMENT OF THE AMERICAN ACADEMY OF GOLD FOIL OPERATORS 

The AAGFO is an international dental organization dedicated to clinical excellence in dentistry through the development of technical skills via the study and manipulation of direct gold in the restoration of natural teeth. AAGFO members are encouraged to support clinical study clubs that advocate the demanding clinical attributes required by the use of direct gold to elevate visual acuity, clinical performance and attention to detail.

Annual clinical meetings are held at dental schools allowing students to witness the spectrum of operative talents used to provide restorations with proven longevity in the care of patients.
