Dear Members of the AAGFO and ARVTSC,

The 2012 Joint Annual Meeting is being held in Philadelphia, PA on October 24-28, 2012 and we are please to announce that the room reservations are open beginning November 1, 2011.

There are a limited number of rooms at the Union League Hotel. It is imperative that if you wish to be in the meetings ‘home’ hotel, that you call and make your reservations ASAP. Note that the meals that are included in the meeting tuition will all be held at the Union League.

WARNING - THIS CLUB HAS A DRESS CODE- JACKET, TIE AND DRESS/SUITS FOR THE LADIES. Breakfast will served at the Union League.

 Use, (AAGFO/ARVTSC), as the meeting code when making your reservation. Room rate is $209 + tax.
